My approach
Therapy with me works with your nervous system, not against it.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and trauma‑informed, integrating ACT, brainspotting, somatic awareness, and parts‑informed work. We pay attention to what your body is communicating, build regulation and capacity, and support change that feels sustainable rather than forced.
I am direct, honest, and relational in my style. I won’t rush the process, push you to relive trauma, or rely solely on surface‑level coping strategies. We move at a pace that respects your capacity and prioritizes safety, consent, and integration.
