Intensives are longer, immersive sessions designed for clients who want focused time to process trauma, work through blocks, or reconnect with themselves more deeply. These sessions move at your pace and include preparation and integration support.

Intensives can be offered in-office, virtually, or outdoors in a natural setting when appropriate.

Are Intensives Right For You?

Intensives may be a good fit if you:

  • Want deeper, uninterrupted time for trauma or nervous system work

  • Feel stuck in weekly therapy and want to move something forward

  • Are navigating a specific life transition or emotional block

  • Prefer fewer sessions with more depth

Therapy intensives are thoughtfully designed to balance focus and flexibility. Sessions blend guided work, open exploration, and space for reflection, allowing the experience to unfold in a way that feels intentional rather than rushed. Depending on your needs, intensives may incorporate approaches such as Brainspotting, nature-informed techniques, mindfulness, and other modalities tailored specifically to you.

❋ Intentional Structure

Therapy intensives are a collaborative process. If we decide an intensive is a good fit, we will begin with shared planning—clarifying your goals, pacing, and what you hope to gain from the experience. Throughout the intensive, your feedback, readiness, and nervous system cues guide the work, ensuring the process remains responsive, respectful, and aligned with your capacity.

❋ Collaborative Energy

I bring advanced clinical training, crisis-response experience, and a calm, grounded presence to intensive work. My role is to hold the structure, track safety and regulation, and guide the process with care and intention, while allowing your internal wisdom to lead. This combination supports depth without overwhelm and helps create conditions for meaningful, integrative change.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Intensives move at a pace that prioritizes safety, integration, and sustainability. Time is intentionally built in for grounding, reflection, and nervous system regulation. After the intensive, we will identify next steps and supportive resources to help you carry the work forward in a way that feels realistic and aligned with your life.
